It appears that they are going to throw the book at him.  They are investigating tournaments that he fished all the way back into the 90's trying to build the strongest case against him that they can.  He better get a good lawyer.

Everyone knew that he has been Cheating for Years.  Nobody is good enough to do what he has done, as far as winnings.  When he tried fishing BASS events he couldn't compete. But if you look at his tourney stats they show he is the best angler in North Texas.  Undecided
