It's on the front page right now www.ultimatebass.com

If you missed it there you can find it in the How To section of the site.

Another great article. especially since i need to start using cranks more.

I spent a bit more time this summer working on my confidence and ability with crankbaits...small steps for sure...long way to go for me yet...

Very nice article Chuck...and I especially appreciate the 'find a mentor' tip... Clap   I get out on the water with folks who are 'very good' with certain techniques as often as I can...and when I can't, I rely on the good folks here at UB as part of my 'mentor pool'...

One of my 'favorite' tricks is also to hire a guide for the day and make sure the guide fishes too...I typically learn more by watching them fish than by just casting to where they 'point'...which come to think of it...I ought to look harder at being a 'marshal'...

as coldfront mentioned.... we have hundreds of mentors right here on UB! I'm making small strides with the crankbait, still need to really fine tune things. I'm still waiting for that first tournament limit on one. Goin' Fishin'
