Tried to get out on Monday afternoon for some walleye but with 20-30 mph winds and the river climbing 5 feet last week it was impossible to even find a wing dam let alone stay on one  Boat So after not being able to get on the water in months I sought out shelter in a slough and busted out the Cotton Candy Dream. Thought I'd give it a few casts before the season comes to an end and I'll be darned if I couldn't keep these strange green fish off the line  Laugh Guess from now on I'll go walleye fishing if I want to catch some bass  Goin' Fishin' They were up tight to the bank and barely sucking it in, missed more than I hooked but I guess you"ll have that from lack of practice  Laugh I was by myself so I only got 1 pic off my phone. The sun was setting and the temps were dropping so no time for pics  Happy Fish

Glad you didn't get skunked on your last trip of the season.  That's a nice looking fish for a guy who didn't want bass!!!  Hope you have a mild winter. Sun Sun

Forcast calls for 67 sat and 65  Sunday, this may not be your last time out Karl, but it is, way to go!  You guys are also forcast for 60s Friday - Monday.

Nate, you may want to wait til NEXT weekend, not this one.
