I had a fun 4.5 hrs on the NE today. Spinner baits and crankbaits. 12 bass / best 5 went around 16 pounds.
Also got one little striper.  Clap
I hope some of the guys on here don't accuse me of braggen cause I thought this is what this board is for.  Smiley

The little stripers are really moving up into the shallows. Fish Rocker and I got into a few of them on Sat. with some swimbaits. No LM tho.

My wife said the same thing when I caught a 6.5 in the spring!!!  You'd never hear the end of it if you took her out fishin' & she caught it tho.....

well, I couldn't pass up the great weather today so I hit the NE again. This time only 7 bass w/largest being around 4.25-4.5. best 5 prolly went 14.5 or so. And like last time I caught one striper, however this one was 26 inches long. It smashed my spinnerbait just as it was exiting the water. wow, what an explosion that was, skeeeered the chit out of me. it was tasty too. here's how i cooked some of it. oven at 450 and baked for 25 minutes. Real butter, wht cooking wine, lemon juice, salt free lemon pepper spice and salt n pepper. ummm ummmmm good.
