I've got a circuit tournament on the 11th though. As of now I'm in 5th for Angler of the Year, but if that heads south after the next tourney this month I'll have to head over.

How many are attending? I would like to come down and get in on the fun. How large a body of water is pool 13? Have a small 16' aluminum w/livewell powered by a 20 hp. outboard, However the trolling motor will pull the boat faster then the outboard can push it  lo lo lo If my boat is safe I will be a boater. However, I can take a non-boater if they are will ing to be somewhat uncomfortable.
If boat is not safe then non-boater for me.
BTW, will everyone be camping or hotels?

That will most likely be safe, but its hard to tell.  The wind can come up in a hurry on the pool, but unless the wind is straight out of the north or south the main channel will be well protected.  Jeremy has the same rig I believe unless he takes his brothers Javelin.

Count me in as a boater guys.  I was trying to qualify for the ABA national championship and I would have, but I found out that even if I qualify I wouldn't be able to get the vacation time to go down there and do it so I'm not going to waste the money to drive all the way to new boston.  Decided to focus on the rocsters and try to get AOY instead.

16' is more than enough for the river.  That is what I have, but I have a 40hsp motor.  I have been on that river in my boat in 4 foot waves.  I will proably bring my boat unless we need to put some guys in a boat then I will try and get my brothers boat.

Nate I am glad that your going to make it now ~c~

Anyone know if Rudy is going to try and make it over for the fun this year??  I was glad he was able to make it up last year.

I think Rudy said on the other post that he was going to be attending.  It looks like we should have more boats this year for sure.

If we use millers landing, there is a campground right accross the road.  I just wonder if they are still running the tug boat in and out to keep the boat lane open.

bulgers hollow has a campground right at the ramp, but that would probably be a little to much for the people that have never been here.  Heck I barely no how to get in there.   lo  What boat ramp were you thinking about using Jeremy?

Probably the safest ramp to use would be the one right by the bridge in Savanna. But I don't know if they have the docks in yet and it can get crowded on the weekends.

I would say spring lake, but again its a spot that you better know how to get in and out.  We could put in at the middle of the pool the first day and then the bottom end the 2nd day :-*

What do you think Nate??
