Team Tournaments or Draws????

Like to know which type of club you guys are. New to the area.

I'm  a new member of the club but haven't had the chance to fish with them yet.  I'm pretty sure it's a draw format.

Most guys get paired up prior to the meeting.  But we know its hard for new guys to find someone so we do have the draw in place at the meeting if we have a non-boater who is not paired up.  I will tell you from my past experience though most guys who identify at the meeting that they need a boater usually get someone to offer thier back seat before we do the draw.
