Yes it is .I put it in storage in Oct. for the winter but may get it out early like this month if the weather stays as mild as it as been.can I answer any questions for you?

I've had the boat up to 73 mph by the GPS. Still had room between the pedal and floor but didn't want to go there.. My prop to pad is set to 2 1/4 " My hole shot is literely 2 seconds I get no chin walking and its fast when needed. But to go to a higher top end the prop/pad needs to be a little deeper .

I have never had 1 problem at all with this engine. Every year after being properly stored I can set it on the water prime it ,choke it and it has turned over the first click of the key!   It doesn't get any sweeter than that.

I will be pulling the cover of hopefully today and taking some better pictures that are a little more detailed and close in.

The boat is in St.Paul ,MN. 

I have never had a problem with the engine .Every spring it starts first time right out of storage runs smooth and strong.After all it doesn't have thatmany hours on it.
