01.The subject matter of the submitted articles must be "bass fishing". Below you will find some topics that will help you to get started if you think you would like to try your hand at writing and article but are not sure what to write about.

02.No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the "Win Big Writing About Bass Fishing" contest. To determine the winner of this contest (the "Drawing") a random drawing will be held to include all entrants of the "Win Big Writing About Bass Fishing" contest.

03.Writers are permitted to submit multiple articles during the contest period. Only articles submitted between Jan. 21, 2009 and Mar. 31, 2009 are eligible to participate in this contest. Upon submission authors grant Ultimate Bass reprint rights throughout the Ultimate Bass Network and our partner sites.

04.Ultimate Bass will use Research Randomizer, a Web-based random number generator, to pick the winner from a numbered list of the entrants.

05.Ultimate Bass staff and their immediate families, and persons living in the same household of such persons, its affiliates, subsidiaries and its advertising and promotion agencies, are excluded from participating in the drawing.

06.This sweepstakes is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

07.The winner will be selected on April 01, 2009. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries must be submitted no later than 11:59PM March 31, 2009.

08.The winner's name will be posted on the Ultimate Bass Home Page. The prize package must be claimed no later than April 30, 2009 or it will be forfeited. To claim your prize you must email laurie [at] ultimatebass.com or call (318)347-7380 between 8am and 5pm CST M-F.

09.Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the article is submitted. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address

10.Ultimate Bass is not responsible for the content of the articles that are submitted. However if it is found that any of the articles are authored by someone other than the person who submitted them they will be disqualified and the proper authorities will be notified.
