Spotted BassI fished on Priest today with our good friend Joe Haubenreich the President of Secret Weapon Lure company based right here in middle Tennessee. We started throwing top water baits including the new Secret Weapon Buzz Bait (pictured to the right ) which was very productive early before the top water bite slowed down.

Or go to www.secretweaponlures.com  After the top water bite slowed we moved to similar terrain throwing the Secret Weapon Spinner Bait which was also very productive. Most of the fish we caught today was on wind blown rocky secondary points in 2 feet to 8 feet of water. Total bass for the day was 23. All were chunky Spots and Largemouth.. Water temperature averaged 71 to 73 degrees.  The Secret Weapon Buzz Bait and Spinner Bait did the trick today....they are great baits....Joe I look forward to our next trip and seeing you at Bass Pro Shop on October 22-2005 when the entire Tennessee Bass Guides Team will be holding seminars there beginning at 10:00am...
