Fishing has been good and should remain this way for a while now. For the postspawners we have been flippin stumps in 4-8ft. of water. We have had them up to 9lbs. doing this in the last week. I have been using the Grandebass MUTANT and 4in.Cannibal both in wat/red. On the slow days I have been flippin the SHAKEY HEAD with a 3/16 oz. jig head. I have been using the 4' squirm worm by Grandebass in wat/red and green pumpkin. When your really having to work for the bites rig up one of these, this will load the boat really quick. Make sure you use a worm that will stand up so the tail will float strait up. The squirm worm by Grandebass is the best Ive used for this rig. For the crusiers and males I have been using the grandestick in wat/red. We have been catching plenty of fish in the grass on a 1/2oz. chrome and blue trap as well. Now is a good time to be at Fork so before you come, stop at your local Academy,Fun-n-sun, or Sportsman warehouse and pick up some the Grandebass baits that you will need or you can visit their website at www.grandebass.com.

If you would like to get in on the action you can email me at tj@guideonfork.com or call at 903 243 3675 or 817 597 1773 to get your dates booked. Until next time goodluck and wear those life jackets!
