- The Ultimate Bass Newsletter is a free emailing that is an opt-in subscription. Each month we will draw 3 winners from that month's subscribers and they will receive a prize form our sponsors.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to win the prize. To determine each month's winners a random drawing will be held on the first of each month and will include all entrants from the previous month. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
- Ultimate Bass will use Research Randomizer, a Web-based random number generator, to pick the winner from a numbered list of the subscribers.
- Ultimate Bass staff and their immediate families, and persons living in the same household of such persons, its affiliates, subsidiaries and its advertising and promotion agencies, are excluded from participating in the drawing.
- This sweepstakes is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
- The winner's name will be posted on the Ultimate Bass Home Page. The prize package must be claimed no later than no later than the last day of that month (before their name is taken off of the main page of Ultimate Bass) or it will be forfeited. To claim your prize you must email laurie [at] ultimatebass.com or call (318)347-7380 between 8am and 5pm CST M-F.
- Subscriptions will be accepted only after they are completed. The subscriptions are double opt-in which means that after you sign up with the online form you must still validate the subscription via an email that you will receive. The is to ensure that it (the subscription) has been submitted by the authorized account holder (you and not someone else which happens all of the time) of the e-mail address from which the subscription is submitted. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
- You should also include both first and last names in your subscription so that we can verify you as a winner.
