I picked one of these up when they were on sale at Cabela's but after using it for a couple of months now, I would have been very happy with the reel even if I paid full price for it. Lightweight, very smooth retrieve, solid drag, casts very well. The reel has an externally adjustable centrifugal braking system as well as a quick release for the side plate. I've found however that I seldom use the brake adjustment.... I set it one click above free spool and adjust the spool tension control when changing lures and haven't had any line management issues. A super reel. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating is the short time I've had the reel so durability has yet to be proven.
