Any thoughts on these. Im thinking about how the swinging hook could positively or negatively effect hooksets and keeping a fish pinned. I feel like some leverage could be given up and the hook has the ability to swing down while setting it but Im probably thinking about it wrong. The swim Jig version has a bait keeper that can pivot. The swimbait jighead version has a solid keeper molded into the head.

I bought some of these about 6 month ago and even posted a thread on here about it.

They work well and I like them everywhere except around wood cover which besides trees can be docks as well. The axle swinging seems to make them hang up really bad on wood cover. I still fish them on occasion in grass but not the above mentioned situations.

The heads hang up in cover, but otherwise they would work great.  The old football style swing head works better in the rocks and structure.
