8yr old lands 6.14lbr

i forgot to post this from the other night.....i took my little brother fishin to the same pond that he got a 7.5lbr last year and he did it again....he wasnt getting anything on plastics or spinnerbaits so i caught him a sunny and put it in a stop where i saw baitfish jumping around.....30 sec later the bobber disappeared.....he flipped the bail like i told him to do last year and waited a little bit then he gave me the rod and asked me to set the hook.....(boy was i nervous i didnt want to lose the fish for him....he was so exited he was jumping around yelling "YES" before he even started bringin it in).....but anyway i set the hook and got it....when i handing him the rod the drag started ripping and the fish jumped....i couldnt believe it he did it again.....i helped him hold the rod up and he just kept cranking away until i was able to grab it....he had a little stringer in his box that we had to put it on for the pic (it kept on wiggleing and he was scared and dropped it like 4 times when he was holding it by the mouth) it was just before night fall and the pic is pretty fuzzy but you can still see it.....

it went from his shoulder to his thigh....thats about where his shirt stopped
