Deep Water Bass

   Another rig that has been working when nothing else will is my carolina set up. Notice I'm using a Calcutta reel instead of on of my Curados. When you fish the "Humps" off of the Blue Springs you are in danger of catching a big striper. A stripe can run off 100 yars of expensive braid line in a couple of seconds. The Calcutta has about 130 yards on it and gives me time to turn the fish. This fish was jut a litttle over six pounds.
