Yeah, I'm not sure why Youtube cut my 1080p video down to 360p, but at full resolution you can see the rod load up on the chatterbait bite, and then you can see the weight of the fish once he bit the jig and I felt him on there.

I've never even gotten a bite on a black/blue jig in my lakes. I see all these pics of black/blue jigs and it seems like a waste of time around here. Not sure why that is exactly....

nice fish APENLAND. don't overlook a simple black jig with a brown trailer in the spring either. you might find the fish have a strong preference for one over the other (black with blue, or black with brown).
'some folks' on here will also suggest not to overlook a brown jig with a blue trailer in the summer.
