New flood light for boat.

It's time to replace my old lights. I always keep 2 on the boat for night fishing. I prefer something that I can handle by hand. The ones I have now have a fold down ladder so I can set one one the floor. Variable power and waterproof are a must as is a rechargeable battery.

Stanley makes a Fat Max rechargeable for around 50 bucks.  I'm on my second one now and beat the crap out of mine.
