Within the last month Rapala/VMC finalized the selling off of their injection molding business (sorry, I lost the link to that story).

Now it has been announced that they have finalized the acquisition of 13 Fishing.

13 Fishing Concept Series of reels A,C,Z have all stood the test of time. Those that have them, love them. They are a little tricky to work on, so I'd say they are not customer friendly for regular maintenance but over they rarely needed worked on, a spring here and there.
