Bass Cat just removed HP limitation on the 2019 Eyra

They have run the 300R though have only validated it and removed limitations for sale. Anyone can now purchase an Eyra with the 300 Mercury engines.   80's is the speeds they are claiming, Bass Cat has always be very modest with their claims.  I know I can hit low 80's with my SHO 250 so I am thinking mid 80's with the 300 Merc.

What do you guys think?

I can't imagine riding in an Eyra w/ a 300R. I'd probably be white-knucklin' and butt-puckerin'.

Or a new 400 ci, Polaris. Personally, I have trouble fishing at 80 mph. The feel in my hands is a little shaky but the hook set is great.

I would love the 300 on my the back of mine.  I am totally used to cruising at 77-78 mph and hae a blast at full throttle doing 81-83.  This is with a stock SHO 250.  Even managed 79.2 this weekend with partner all his gear and full livewell!!!  Give me that 300R....lol or better yet built a 300 SHO!!!!!
