Kayak Must Haves

I'm going to be pulling the trigger on a couple of kayaks soon and that got me thinking. What are some after market accessories or things that you have to have for your kayak? You know, a must have item?

Must haves: mmmm...

just thinking about my own stuff that I seem to love to use..not the usual suspects.
water. I drink mine from an insulated Camelback bladder system.  I have it right behind my seat and I just reach down to get the hose and it guzzle.  I can drink will moving my kayak.
the CAL COAST DONKEY LEASH.  best sub $20 ever.  you hook a good one and one a kayak it is emotional. It is so nice to think about the poor fish.  I clip the fish, and lower it back into the water to chill out, while I compose myself and get my camera, or measurement stuff ready. I never set the fish into my kayak..in the summer that plastic gets HOT!!

and tiny coil leashes for pliers and line cutters.
