help on Quantum reels

Hey Guys
I have two Quantum Casting reels that were given to me...in great shape...
an orange Catalyst and red Kinetic...both have ACS magnetic control left side... my question is,
can I adjust the black brakes inside? There are two rows, 3 on each row...
