Single In-Line Hooks :

https://mustad-fishing.com/us/product/10121np?colorName=Duratin&hookSize=2&packQuantity=7

*Please Note: The VMC Single In-Line Hook is a fine option but size 1/0 is their smallest hook size.

Treble Hook Size  Single In-Line Hook Replacement Size
2              2/0
2-4              1/0
4                1
6                2
8                4
10                6

*Also here are some great split rings for using with single in line hooks :

This info is good reference point, thank you for sharing. In addition, one should also note, that in-line hook sizes do not run all true. Meaning a 1/0 inline hook from company A is not the same 1/0 size from company B.

My best advice for anyone making the switch to in-line hooks, is to buy just one pack first, and make sure its the correct size before purchasing multiple packs. Ask me how I know.  lo

Thanks for posting this. I'm always messing around with a gripper and pliers plus at least once a trip the hooks catch my shirts, pants and a fish all at the same time. I keep 2 pairs of scissors out mainly to cut my clothes loose. It would be great to just mash the barbs and pull the off easy.

The small thumbnail photo (no pun intended) looked like something that should definitely be flagged

Update. I continue to throw inline hooks any chance I get. Yesterday was a productive outing. I went 3 for 4 bass landed. Bass number 4 was just about in the net when it jumped, shook its head one more time, and threw the hooks.
On the other 3 bass, the hooks were caught in the right place, and they weren't going anywhere.
The two lures that continue to shine with these inline hooks are the spooks and poppers. Haven't had a productive jerkbait bite in quite a while yet.

Good info for the poppers and spook style baits.  Jerkbait does make since especially for suspending ones.

Update.

Fishing with in-line hooks has become my go to. Quality sized bass and peacock stay pinned nicely, smaller fish stay on as well, but have a higher tendency to come off versus the bigger fish. But you won't hear me complaining about that.  lo
