For anyone out there not in the RI BASS Federation and that's interested Rhode Island will be represented at the Bassmaster Classic.  Joel St Germain who resides in Cumberland just qualified by winning the Eastern Division at the Federation Nationals.  This is the second time he has qualifies for the Classic.  Congrats and best of luck Joel.
