Brake Fluid Resevoir

I had a problem with the filler cap on the new boat trailer.  A wile back wanted to check the fluid but the cap would not come off.  After checking with the trailer builder they provided instructions how to remove the stuck cap without damage.  Their instruction worked and here is what I found.

The cap has a bladder that attaches to the cap interior and had come off and was laying in the reservoir.  I replaced the bladder correctly on the cap and re installed the cap and now it works like it should.  The cap does not lock down so it can't be removed.   Just an unusual thing I guess.
