Add a bit of color and flash to soft plastics

I don't use Mend It soft plastic glue much but found a use for it. If there is a soft plastic lure I think can be spiced up a bit, I brush on Mend-It and roll the lure craft store glitter or flakes. The flash and color contrasts with a dark colored lure and in low light may get noticed more. Here's an example where the plastic was clear and then sprinkled with glitter:


It doesn't affect the action one bit.
