Cant believe I havent gone out once in months, reels arent even spooled. I did get the boat registered yesterday and the motor is serviced. Now that im starting to get more settled its almost time to get back out there

You know sometimes it easy to take for granted how many fish I do catch. My mother grew up eating these fish and always begs me to keep them for her. So I did keep a couple the last few months. We chowed down and it made her christmas.

Yeah I finally tried frying just the skin after it was filleted. I always liked skin on but man.... skin by itself is seriously tasty.

Likes to roll up though. Comes out like a tortia or something lol.
