Struggling with my pro craft 205

Good day everybody
I an from South Africa i woud like some advice

I have an older Procraft 205 hull with  a 250 Suzuki ss  25 pitch prop, i struggle to get the nose of the boat properly out the water, therefore struggling with drag and top end speed, any sugestions on  jackpate size and hight setup?

Can you send us a picture of the Jack Plate?  What size / type of prop are you running on the outboard?
