being that the Dbomb has a little smaller profile and thinner body i prefer a 3/0 or maybe a 4/0.  Most everything else with a little more meat in the body I prefer a 4/0

I use either 3/0 or 5/0 depending on which creature bait I am using because I have a smaller one I like.

Also look at Spearpoint hooks. I recently switched and these are my new favorites.

For that Bait The Gammy Hybrid in 4/0 would be perfect.
