Title: Trip to Brookville Lake 7/11/14
Post by: stratos bandit on July 12, 2014, 09:22:17 AM
After several trips to this lake to bass fish, I have officially given up.  I have never fished a lake that was harder to locate and catch bass.

It could be just me but I have a serious belief that this lake has a poor population of largemouth bass.

The day was salvaged by trolling crankbaits over some humps in about 13-17 FOW.

I ended up catching 6 species of fish.....crappie, white bass, a catfish!, a perch (nice one too), walleye, and a 5lb bass.

I had never caught a walleye before and boated 4 of them with 3 being keepers.  All the keepers were in the 16-17" range.
