Title: Korea, Busan - Nakdong river report 23rd November 2014
Post by: Bassinkorea on November 25, 2014, 09:51:39 PM
I have owned some Nutech jigs for several months now, but never really opportunity to try them out, due to work, family and tournament reasons.

Anyway, tournament season is over here for the year, so I finally got onto the local river for some "fun" fishing without tournament pressures. My plan was to use 2 types of lures only. I took 3 rods, two rods for jigs (3/8oz and 1/2oz) and one rod for deep cranks (my two nemesis lures, lol.

I fished from 7:00am to 2:00pm and caught about 20 bass in the 12 ~ 16 inch size. 80% of the bass came on the Nutech Jigs (Army Green color) and the other 20% on deep cranks, DD22 and DT12, mostly baby bass colors.

Water temps were 55f, with partly cloudy and light winds.

Awesome Steve  ~c~  Will be hard to put those NuTechs down once you get the hang of them!  They make jig fishin' easy!

55 degree water and the right cover makes for a great jig bite.  glad you got to get out, and have a good day of catching.

Not good Donald. I had a howler of a last tournament. Went from 4th place overall to 17th in one day  :'(
