The events of yesterday in California are just disturbing. The news coverage for the most part was totally ridiculous. Everyone was trying to be first with information, so having none, the news services made up their own information. Most of which turned out to be very inaccurate. Today it has turned into folks deciding if it was terrorism or not. Give me a Break. Of course it is terror, what the hell is wrong with you. No I don't care that the bad guys are dead..Good, it saves a bunch of time and money along with all the do gooder folks who want to be sure it wasn't racist or the bad guys were not given their rights. They gave up all rights when they attacked. Why is that so hard to understand. I believe we need to be sure that our police are supported and we need to be sure that the courts delivery proper justice in a timely manner. Folks of the ilk who attacked innocent people yesterday should be considered at war criminals and they should receive all the justice afforded to non uniformed aggressors.
I have travelled the corners of the world and am proud to be an American. I don't apologize to anyone for my country although I think our leaders owe the American people an honest apology. Call this what it is and I don't give a damn about political correctness. It is time to show strength and resolve to all people who violate our laws, our peace, our safety and our security. Today I replaced a Christmas flag decorating our home. I replaced it with an American flag. Thank you for allowing me to rant.

I think that it is time for us true America loving citizens to become more aware of our neighbors and people that we work around. Is this religious profiling yes, but if we just simply become more aware of who our neighbors are and who we work around looking for any suspicious activity that may just stop this from happening again. If you see what you think is suspicious behavior maybe say something to someone else you trust and then if you both believe that somethings not right report it and follow up on what happens.

I agree. I don't carry but the last few months has made me want to. Concern I have is say you are at a sporting event like in Paris and somebody starts shooting and you try and take them out, how does anyone including law enforcement know you aren't a terrorist as well?
