Title: My Mark Croxton Bassboat Prop
Post by: Princeton_Man on May 17, 2016, 10:22:58 AM
For those who have followed my prop issues and concerns since re-powering last May, here's my answer (I hope). I sold the better of my two Renegades and decided to bite the bullet and order a new Razor 4, so I called Mark. When I told him I was ready to order a Razor, he started gathering data which he does in every discussion. I reminded him of our discussions last year in which he told me I was getting all I could expect out of my gades and told him I wasn't sure if I wanted a Razor 4 or a Razor 4XL.

Nearing the end of our conversation I expected him to simply state which prop I wanted, give me a total, and take my credit card info. Instead, he told me I didn't want either. He told me he could machine on an anti-cavitation ring  and add PVS holes to resolve all my issues and give me back my performance.

So I boxed it up and sent it him. I also had him balance and blueprint it. This is what I got back. Can't wait to get it on the water and post a follow-up. The "go baby go" button will be on my retirement boat. Until then I'll just have to follow you and hope the wind is blowing in the right direction. lo

I just want back what I had back before I re-powered, pop out of the hole like a champagne cork, 64mph, and sportscar handling.

He's a follow up....

Mark Croxton hit it out of the park! Absolutely thrilled with his work. The Stratos pops out of the hole and planes out faster than ever. Going through the bends and turns it holds like glue. Even picked up couple MPH!
