For pork chops I buy a loin and cut it up, about 11/4 inches thick, makes boneless chops that can be stuffed. Yesterday we rubbed the chops then did them on the gas grill, when they were done we did fresh corn on the cob on the grill until there was a char, both came out great. My wife made stuff zucchini, good meal!!

I love chops and I love grill cooked corn on the cob!!! We do both almost weekly during the summer. Going to look into this loin idea. What do you stuff them with?
That does sound good Rodney.
Mike, I have stuffed them with cornbread stuffing. I have a friend that uses wild rice. Both are good.

That sounds real good Rodney!! You can also butterfly the whole loin out, stuff it with crushed Apple, asparagus, garlic and onion. Then roll it up, tie it of and cut some nice steaks when it's done. This is a fine thread here. I'm starving.

I could do that. I also need to go the "get up off your lazy butt and take a walk every once in a while" option too. :surrender:
Mike, you got some good answers on stuffing, I want to make a tapenade and try that. I didn't stuff these, I put some of my rub on them, seared both sides then finished cooking them.
I just finished lunch and now am hungry again. To all of you what are complaining about being bit larger the best exercise you can do is "push away after one moderate helping", don't ask how I know. ~roflmao
Rodney
PS I cut the chops an inch to an inch and a quarter, lets you sear both sides without burning the inside.
