Lake Ontario, because of the year we've had, is warmer than usual, 64 degrees surface temp off Irondequoit Bay, the perch are late, they normally have started their run. This year the small perch, the first to come in, have just started to reach the shallower parts near the lake shore, 40-45 feet deep, normally they are coming into the bays and the bigger perch are offshore 40-45 fow. Bit late but with the cool weather now coming it should only be a few more days and beer battered perch will be on the menu. :) ;D :) ;D

Rodney, that is some of the best filet one will ever eat!!! Good luck out there. I will have to call the lake St Clair boys and see if the perch are on yet!! Cheers.
