I dropped a spool on the floor and it is ruined now. Shimano parts website only shows parts for the previous generation Chronarch. Where can I get one?

Just call Shimano customer service they should have it in stock, they are good folks and their shipping is quick!

2nd - I made a phone call to them to order some items for Curado 70. They were able to get it for me. You should have no issues.
