Water temp in the low 40's

They started to bite late in the day. It switched between jigs and swimbaits. Psycho shad were the number one lure in the sunshine. Hula grub was best during cloudy times.
Northwest rip rap held the most fish. Rocks were the key element. Only one fish came off of wood.
