Next in our monthly Adopt a Family Fund Raising efforts is a Dobyns Sierra Series 734c. This is a baitcasting rod, so there isn't a choice this time. This rod is still in the Dobyns tube I received it in, I'll just slap the raffle winner's name on it and send it on it's way.

I wouldn't have used that rod and I can't think of a better way to help some family come Christmas time, when things are going to be dire for many people. I hope someone wins the rod that will put it to good use and catch many fish on it!
I love the idea and concept of the Adopt a Family fund and know it has helped people get through some tough times.
I also really like the monthly raffle instead a mad rush to get donations later in the year. This should be how you do it going forward....
