Title: 2021 07 23 Gibson County Lake
Post by: coldfront on July 26, 2021, 12:59:20 PM
got out to the lake friday evening.  clear skies, no appreciable wind.  water clarity was about a foot and stained.  a bit brown to the stain.  perhaps a diatom bloom was in process.no appreciable weeds on mainlake structures.  some snot-grass in really shallow water.
flipped/pitched to wood cover.  t-rigged plastics primarily.  couple of smaller fish in the 15 -16 inch range.

water temps were 89°F.

No APPRECIABLE wind... I can relate to that when there isn't a breathe to appreciate during the heat of the summer.

Thanks for the report
