Man those poor boys have to be thinking- "40s, wet, rainy, in Louisiana?!?!" Got to be really tough for them Day 1 but at least the next 2 days the sun will be out.

A challenge for sure.
We've got 2 UB members fishing there: Eric-Maine and Hellabass (Rich Lingdren).
Would be nice to see one of them win it and be Classic bound!

I hope they do well!! Next 2 days will be way better weather wise so any fish today is a bonus!
Richard had a great day and is in 6th w 12lbs 3oz!! The leader must love yucky weather and had 19lbs!
That nineteen pounds doesn't come around very often out there... I bet Rich gains some ground today.

Thanks, wasn't to be. You can't lose fish when the bite is tough. I think I was on the winning fish and I had them to myself. Missed the cut to fish tomorrow. I will do a report this weekend. Lot of driving ahead. Epic experience with the BASS NATION. Met some great people including Rich who was parked beside me
New personal best Ouachita bass today. An very interesting and challenging venue. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211105/47d64cbd252ecb2a3b070ed8b4a07c63.jpg)

Awesome fish Eric!! Drive safe man after a long day on the water.
Day 1 leader held on to the lead today but only had 2 fish for 4lbs. But he made the final day cut and will be fishing for a spot at the Classic!
Also Richard made the cut too!! Go UB!!
I was out of town, I'll have to look up the final deets...
