Two years ago today my friend and fishing buddy Brad Fisher and I had our last fishing trip together up at lake Oroville. Two days later, he called me and said "I've got the Covid." Sadly he never recovered from that terrible virus. It was his last fishing trip.
Today, Fred Preston and I went up to Lake Oroville to share memories of Brad. We made our first stop on one of his favorite banks. He was there with us, as we both caught a couple fish and offered a toast to him. We miss you buddy. 🧡
Sorry to hear about your friend. We lost a crappie fishing buddy of ours last Thanksgiving from Covid. Poor health and other conditions were a bad combination for him.
Sorry about the death of your friend. Unfortunately, a consequence of aging. You don't think of them being gone... until suddenly, they are. I've come to the conclusion that getting old sucks,

Sorry about the loss of your buddy Pat. You are honoring his memory well.

I was extremely shock to hear that he was taken so quickly. Anyone working a couple stripes below him, feared him ~roflmao But he was a really great guy and a heck of an angler.
I didn't know him, but what a shame. There are still some being hospitalized from this everyday. Take it serious and don't overlook especially if your in the vulnerable group. RIP Sir!
i'm a brand new member here. i am so bummed to hear about this. RIP Mr Fisher. i'll tip my hat for him when i get out on Orville.
Thanks!
