Title: January 20-21?
Post by: Hobious on January 14, 2023, 09:31:28 AM
Man this rain in NorCal. Extraordinary!   My bigger home lake is almost full enough to fish the northern end in my kayak.  It's been 3 years so I expect good things.  My neighborhood lakes are so full, one is closed to flooding.  The closed lake was "big fish Mecca" this fall.  I hope the fish enjoy the time off.

Clearlake is up 6 feet!

But next weekend I see sunny days in the weather forecasts. I'm a highway civil engineer and I've worked the past 15 days.  Stick a fork in me, I'm done.  Friday and Saturday is "me time". It will be my first outing of 2023. Fingers crossed I get time off.

On the bright side.  Spring summer is gonna be goooood

Yeah, looks like we are going to get a weather break starting on Thursday for a while.  Should give the lakes a chance to settle some.  Sure looking forward to it!  Hope you get to go!

Are you a Caltrans guy?  I managed IT support for District 3 for quite a while.  Retired at the end of 2011.
