~fff Is there any group, retiree bass club etc that has a little friendly Week day competition ? The reason I ask is with Tournament season upon us it's just so many boats and tournaments going on during the weekend on some of our local lakes , there is nothing wrong with big weekend tournaments heck I use to be one of them but now that I no longer work I would like to see if maybe I can find a group that fishes primarily on weekdays to avoid all of the craziness during the weekend. ???

I don't know of anything off the top of my head, and I'm not retired, but a school teacher. I'd love to fish some weekday stuff during the summer when I'm off if anyone has some kind of fruit jar or something nearby.

I cant normally fish during the week unless I take a vacation or sick day, but I think Mike Cork is part of a group of folks that have tournaments during the week. Sounds like all of us live close together. I live in Bayou Bend off of N. Airline Drive. Maybe we could all get together and have some BBB or Cypress fruit jars sometime?
The Old Farts Wednesday Tournaments. They are cheap but fun. We meet at the ramp at daylight and help get everyone in, then back at the ramp at 2PM. Very low key.
