Title: Garmin Livescope
Post by: Green_Monster on September 06, 2023, 11:44:04 AM
Hey All...I have the original Garmin Livescope LV32 on my boat currently and have just bought the new Garmin Livescope LV34. My question is can I install the new box and transducer from the LV34 and use the cables from the LV32 that are already there or do I have to install the LV34 cables?

No need for a new black box.  It is the same as the one for the lvs32.  Since you have both, you might consider running one in perspective mode and the other one in forward view.  I've been running both for a year or so now and love it.  I primarily bass fish.

So are you saying that the only difference is the transducer? It actually belongs to my son although on my boat. He wants to have the LV34 on the boat and the LV32 for ice fishing.

Ring Fry, I can't remember, can you connect both transducers to the same black box at the same time, meaning are their two connections? Gonna have to look now  :-*
