I got into kayak fishing 3 years ago. I fish every month and I try to get at least one legal fish each time.

I've failed all years usually because of December or January.

This morning I almost had my rod yanked from my frozen fingers in the wee morning. I luckily caught the rod w my other hand. Lost the fish.

I was bummed. But a few hours later: TAP TAP! I set the hook and netted a December Bass!

January 2024 is coming - Gulp!!
