No. Too much parabolic bend to drive a thick swimbait hook through a bass mouth. Non-glass 736 or 735 will be better!

I'm with Lou. Plus I find the glass versions, while awesome for their cranking and chatterbait applications, are a little heavy for other applications.

Agreed, 735C is my go to for most typical soft body style swimbaits.  735CB/736CB are pretty much dedicated chatterbait rods down here in Florida.
