Title: WD-40
Post by: o2bfishing on July 21, 2006, 09:19:17 AM
I had an old timer tell me to spray my baits down with WD-40, that it will catch twice the fish, something about the main ingredient being fish oil.  Has anyone ever heard of this or tried this?  Does it work?

Fish On.

Steve,

I use it on Catfish bait a lot with fairly decent results.  I use LPT scent for bass fishing.  There is an entire thread on WD-40 use in the forums at

........whoops Sharon beat me too it.  Thanks Sharon!
