Hugo: August 7. Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal, water 84 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on plastic worms. Crappie fair on minnows. Report submitted by Wendell Smalling, game warden stationed in Choctaw County. "Information obtained from the Oklahoma Wildlife Department".
