Title: Your Favorite Lake in Rhode Island
Post by: Tritonrob on December 29, 2006, 04:25:31 PM
Well have been waiting and hoping others might have posted, but I will now.  My favorite Lake in Rhode Island would probably be Wilson's Reservoir.  Its not a big lake only about 100 acres but has a lot of fish.  Lake just about every lake here in RI there are no Marinas on the Lake.  The close tackle shop would be Wayne's Place. The address is 168 Pascoag Main, Pascoag, RI 02859.  They don't have any high end equipment or baits but have a base variety.  They carry live baits as well and a decent selection of NASCAR collectibles.  I don't go in their often but the times I go in they are very pleasant people.

Ill have to agree with you both Wilsons Reservoir is great for peace and quiet and a few lunkers now and then but Wardens Pond in Charleston is an awesome spot too though fishing out of a 12' john boat ain't so much fun

My favorite is Brickyard.
Not the easiest place to catch a bass but when you do it's usually a PIG! ;D
