I pick up the slack chasing trout on the Farmy during these hard water
months.

new here also...Waiting for spring while rehabing my boat....Did anyone see the 50 lb striper from the thames 2 weeks ago??? :o :o :o

that river has loads of stripers as well as blues.check out the open tournys for 08,its stickied at the top.hope to see ya on the water

hi guys from long island was thinking about taking the ferry over for a weekend trip this summer i don't have a boat but i do have a kayak any info would be great on  places, lures and license info for out of towner's.

jswfish I can't help you with any fishing information but here is a spot you can get license info from. I buy mine on line from there everytime befor going to another state. even if you don't buy them on line you can get the information there  ;) ;D

you can get what u need from any walmart,bait shop or town hall.just bring a photo id.as for your type of fishin the eastern side has the best small lakes imo.pick anyone and head out.the D.E.P store in hartford has a good book on lakes and ponds for the state that has directions to all the lakes as well as depths and although outdated the results from the last electro fishing done by the state.
