Title: finess cranks from balsa
Post by: BIG M on April 29, 2008, 07:30:23 AM
Here are a few I just finished.   The bottom bait is "woops"y shad after dark.

not bad, how do they run?  did you have to put a ballast weight in them?  What are you using for the bills?

Hand carved and sanded.    these baits have nice tight wiggle and run 4-6 feet depending on line size and is a very good cold water crank.    There is a balast weight and the overall weights fall 3/16-1/4oz.    I built this batch out of 3/8 inch thick stock.

More stellar work from Marty :)

These are the bomb, gents, there isn't a finer crank made.
